Welcome to Hire Freelancer Pro (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.1. To use our platform, you must be an individual who is at least 18 years of age.
1.2. After Registration, you will be asked for and must provide valid identity documents and proof of address for verification purposes.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your account has be verified any documents you submitted for verification will be deleted. This is for security purposes to ensure we do not retain on our site any documentation that can identify you.
1.3. You must sign up for one of the annual membership packages offered to access and use our services. At present, there are two (2) options. A Freelancer Plan priced at $25.00 per annum and a Freelancer Plan Plus priced at $50.00 per annum. Please refer to the Freelancer Packages Page for details.
1.4. Hire Freelancer Pro reserves the right to amend the membership packages and pricing at its discretion. Any changes will not apply until the next renewal date of the current Freelancer’s membership plan.
2.1. Once you have signed up for a membership package, you can create Service Offers at no additional cost. These Service Offers are included in your Membership Package benefits at the levels determined by the plan.
2.2. As a member, you can submit proposals for jobs advertised by Clients at no cost.
3.1. Freelancers and Clients can discuss proposal terms using the message and chat facilities provided on the platform.
3.2. Freelancers have the option to negotiate terms and rates for jobs with Clients directly through our communication channels.
4.1. At present, we can only make payments to Freelancers via PayPal.
4.2. The agreed contract price will be displayed in the Freelancer’s Wallet on the dashboard.
4.3. Freelancers are paid the full amount of the agreed contract price. Hire Freelancer Pro does not deduct any percentage from the price.
4.4. The payment will be released and payable to the Freelancer 7 days after the Client confirms that the contract has been fulfilled.
4.5. The full amount of the contract price will be paid via PayPal to the Freelancer’s PayPal account, less a $1 admin fee and any charges levied by PayPal outside the control of Hire Freelancer Pro.
5.1. Freelancers should only submit proposals for tasks they are qualified for. Generic proposals are not recommended and may result in suspension.
5.2. Clients have the ability to review Freelancers, and poor reviews may result in suspension.
5.3. Hire Freelancer Pro reserves the right to suspend any Freelancer not complying with these T&Cs and our General T&Cs.
5.4. Hire Freelancer Pro reserves the option to suspend acceptance of new Freelancers, either generally or from specific categories.
5.5. As mentioned in the General Terms and conditions Hire Freelancer Pro has no objections or imposes any costs on either Freelancers or Clients if the Client decides to offer a Freelancer a long-term or full-time contract having accessed the ability of a Freelancer by setting some initial paid tasks via our Platform.
If long-term or full-time work is an objective we recommend you mention this in your profile so prospective Clients are aware of your interest and can offer tasks with this in mind.
6.1. Hire Freelancer Pro reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. Updated T&Cs will be posted on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
